What God is doing in you is meant to flow through you

Monday — Acts 13:1–3

The church in Antioch was healthy, growing, worshiping, and praying. God was doing something good in them. But he never intended for it to stop there.

The Holy Spirit set apart Barnabas and Saul, and the church sent them out. They didn’t know every person they would meet or exactly what would happen. They simply said yes to participating in what God was already doing.

What God does in you is meant to move through you.

Who might God be asking you to move toward this week?

🙏 God, thank you for what you are doing in me. Show me how you want to use my life to encourage and help someone else.

Tuesday — Galatians 6:2

“Carry one another’s burdens…”

Sometimes the people we care about are carrying more than we realize.

Our job isn’t always to solve the problem. Sometimes love simply looks like noticing, listening, showing up, and helping someone carry what feels too heavy to carry alone.

Who is carrying something right now that you could help make a little lighter?

💛 God, help me notice the people around me. Give me compassion to listen, show up, and help without trying to fix everything.

Wednesday — Luke 10:30–37

Several people saw the hurting man beside the road. Only one person moved toward him.

The Samaritan didn’t have to solve every problem in the man’s life. He simply stopped, cared, and did what he could with what he had.

Sometimes being sent starts that simply.

Don’t just notice. Move toward them.

👣 God, keep me from walking past people because I’m busy, uncomfortable, or unsure what to do. Help me take the next loving step.

Thursday — Colossians 4:2–6

Paul tells followers of Jesus to pray, watch for opportunities, and be thoughtful about how they speak to people.

That’s a great picture of what it means to live with your Top 3 in mind.

Pray for them. Pay attention. Don’t force anything. Be ready when an opportunity comes to encourage, invite, listen, or talk about what God has done in your life.

Who are your three?

👀 God, I bring my Top 3 to you today. Work in their lives, and help me recognize the opportunities you give me to move toward them.

Friday — Romans 5:6–8

Before Jesus ever asks us to go toward someone else, Jesus came toward us.

He didn’t wait until we had everything together. He gave his life for us while we still needed rescue.

That’s why being sent isn’t about becoming a better or more impressive person. It flows out of what Jesus has already done for us.

Before Jesus sends you, he saves you.

✝️ Jesus, thank you for coming toward me. Help me live today out of the love, forgiveness, and new life you have already given me.

Saturday — 2 Corinthians 5:18–20

God doesn’t just reconcile us to himself. He also gives us a part to play in helping others experience that same reconciliation.

Paul says we are Christ’s ambassadors. That means our lives can point people toward the hope we have found.

You don’t have to be pushy. You don’t have to know every answer. You just have to be willing to represent Jesus with love, humility, and courage.

Who might experience something of Jesus because you showed up differently today?

📣 God, help my words and actions point people toward you. Give me courage without pressure and love without fear.

Sunday — Matthew 28:18–20

Jesus sends his followers into the world, but he doesn’t send them alone.

He gives them a mission, and then he gives them a promise: “I am with you always.”

So when you think about your Top 3, remember this: you are not responsible for changing anyone’s life. Your part is to pray, move toward them, invite, encourage, and trust God with the rest.

Say YES to being sent.

🌎 Jesus, thank you for trusting me with a part to play. Help me move toward the people you’ve put on my heart and trust you with what happens next.
